Additional terms for UAE users in compliance with TDRA regulations
WBsender is a SaaS-based WhatsApp automation platform designed for businesses and professionals to manage customer communications more effectively and in compliance with applicable laws.
Important Notice: WBsender is not affiliated with, endorsed, or certified by WhatsApp Inc. We operate independently using session-based technology without the official WhatsApp API.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must comply with your local telecom, marketing, and data protection laws.
The WhatsApp account used with WBsender must belong to you or be authorized for your business use.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) without recipient consent.
Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or any applicable telecom regulations.
Send threats, obscene, discriminatory, hateful, or illegal content.
Engage in fraud, impersonation, or phishing activities.
Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful links.
WBsender provides compliance-focused features to help reduce spam-like behavior:
15–18 second time gap between messages
Typing indicator simulation
Built-in opt-out mechanism for recipients
AI-powered content moderation for detecting violence, threats, and prohibited content
Note: These features help reduce risk, but compliance is your sole responsibility.
We collect and store only the data necessary to operate WBsender.
We never sell or share your contact lists or message content.
We comply with international regulations:
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from all recipients before sending messages.
We use secure encryption, safe servers, and regular backups to protect your data.
WhatsApp may suspend or ban accounts using automation.
WBsender has no control over WhatsApp's enforcement actions.
We are not liable for any business loss caused by account suspension or ban.
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Plan changes take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment details.
WBsender software, design, logo, and documentation are owned by WbSender.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.
Copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
You violate these Terms.
You engage in illegal activity.
Your subscription payment is overdue.
WBsender is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee message delivery, uptime, or account security.
These Terms apply globally and will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where WbSender is registered, unless local laws provide otherwise.

This addendum applies only to users in the United Arab Emirates and is in addition to the Global Terms & Conditions.
All UAE users must comply with the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TRA) regulations regarding bulk messaging and telecommunications.
Marketing messages can only be sent with prior recipient consent as per UAE anti-spam guidelines.
Content must comply with UAE laws, including:
Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 (Cybercrime Law)
Federal Law No. 15 of 1980 (Publications & Publishing)
Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2003 (Telecommunications Law)
Business users must hold a valid UAE trade license for activities conducted via WBsender.
Users must follow Etisalat & du OTT (Over-The-Top) messaging policies.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
Political, religious, or defamatory messages.
Gambling, adult, or prohibited services.
Threats, extortion, or harmful statements.
Violating TRA regulations may result in:
Fines up to AED 200,000 or higher.
Immediate WBsender account suspension.
Legal reporting to UAE authorities.
UAE-specific terms are governed by UAE federal and local laws.
Under TRA/TDRA marketing and bulk messaging guidelines, promotional or marketing messages must be sent only between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM UAE local time.
No unsolicited marketing or bulk messaging is allowed outside these hours unless the recipient has explicitly opted-in for 24/7 communication.
This applies to all channels, including OTT platforms like WhatsApp, SMS, and other digital messaging services.
Violating these time restrictions may result in fines, account suspension, or legal action under UAE telecommunications law.
